The 2017 Deputy Principals’ Network gathering will build on the work of the past 4 years. This event present an opportunity for Deputy Principals and those who fulfill the role of First Assistant to the Principal to expand their leadership capability and build understandings of the aspects of school operations that most impact on their role. This event will be facilitated by the Educational Consultant Team of the Ballarat Catholic Education Office. This year’s agenda will address: · The Diocesan Leadership Framework; · Linking Annual Action Plans with Professional Learning Plans; · Understanding School Improvement Data. An overarching theme of this year’s event will be supporting the growth of local networks of senior leaders within the Diocese of Ballarat.
